Scroll to the bottom of your scripts
Tap Help
Go to Contact Us

You can close the chat at any time and come back. You’ll see a notification on the Help button when we reply.

Tips for Faster Support

Here are some tips for contacting us so that we can help you quickly

Let us know your end goal: It’s helpful for us to understand what you’re trying to achieve so we can advise the best approach.
Provide some detail: Short messages like “Can’t import” or “Why can’t I mirror?” require us to ask lots of follow up questions to figure out how to best help you. Provide information about what you’re doing and what’s happening and we can help you much more quickly.
Check your app: The App Store has a growing number of apps which are confusingly named and look very similar to Teleprompter Pro. We’re only able to offer support for Teleprompter Pro and our associated products.
Be mindful of Timezones: We’re based in the UK, we may be active during hours that are different to yours.
