Frequently asked questions relating to operating the Teleprompter in Teleprompter Pro.

The Text Doesn’t Rotate to Landscape

Teleprompter Pro will auto rotate to any orientation. If the Teleprompter does not rotate to Landscape or Horizontal, then your device orientation lock is enabled.

Remember to disable the orientation lock on your device, as this blocks all apps from rotating. For example, other apps like Safari and Mail will also be blocked from rotating to landscape while this is enabled on your device.

To disable the orientation lock:

  1. Swipe down from the top-right corner of your screen to open Control Center
  2. Tap Orientation Lock button to disable the Orientation Lock iOS disable Orientation Lock
