Upgrade to Pro
To purchase the Pro upgrade, sign in with your account on TeleprompterPro.com, or follow the upgrade options directly in Teleprompter Pro on your iPhone, iPad or Mac.
Manage or Cancel your Subscription
If you purchased the Teleprompter Pro upgrade with a subscription, you can change or cancel your subscription easily at any time.
If you subscribed in-app Most Common
If you purchased the Teleprompter Pro upgrade directly in-app via the App Store (this is the most common method of purchasing the Pro upgrade), you can change or cancel your subscription easily at any time from your Apple ID settings on your device.

- Click your name. If you can’t find your name, click Sign In.

App Store subscriptions are handled by Apple through your Apple Account or Apple ID.

If you purchased the Teleprompter Pro upgrade from TeleprompterPro.com, you can change or cancel your subscription easily at any time by signing in to your account.
Use these steps if your subscription appears on your billing statement as PADDLE.NET* PROMPTER

- Use the options on your account to change or cancel your subscription

Request a Refund
When you buy or subscribe to an app from the App Store, Apple is the only entity with access to your purchase information linked to your Apple ID. To ensure your privacy, these details are not shared with developers, meaning we are unable to process or assist with refunds in any way.
Apple do not allow developers to process refunds and developers have no ability to see or manage customer purchases. In some cases, Apple Support will incorrectly advise to contact the app developer for a refund.
If you are unsatisfied with or have an issue Teleprompter Pro and would like to request a refund, this must be done through Apple. Please note that the decision to issue a refund is solely at Apple’s discretion.

Sales Tax Exemption
If you have a sales tax exemption certificate, our payment processor can apply tax exempt status to your account and the tax amount will be revised accordingly.
